Timothy Cotton is the CEO of Novaphos, a company developing breakthrough technology to transform how phosphates are produced for fertilizers, LFP batteries, and other essential products. His work focuses on creating sustainable solutions for global phosphate demand.

Timothy is also the co-founder and vice chairman of the Agrifos Group, which has specialized in fertilizer and agriculture sector development since 1993. He serves on the boards of several U.S. and international companies in the technology and agriculture sectors, contributing decades of leadership and industry expertise.
