Kyle Gordon is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Advanced Technology Center – Automotive & Industrials. He is a member of the Americas automotive team and the Advanced Technology Center, with a strong focus on lithium-ion batteries. Kyle’s consulting experience spans the entire LiB value chain, from OEMs and cell manufacturers to material suppliers and policymakers. His expertise includes growth strategy, market entry strategy, supply chain and vertical integration strategy, as well as due diligence.
