BIOGRAPHY

Jeff Swoyer is an independent Project Advisor specializing in high-volume manufacturing and LFP process development, bringing over 30 years of experience in the lithium-ion industry. He began his career at Valence Technology, working on plasticized electrodes and early LFP products, before serving as Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Johnson Controls, where he led the launch of their facility in Holland, Michigan.

Jeff has also worked on semi-solid manufacturing as the Director of Engineering for a licensee of 24M Technologies.
