Gaurav Jha, the Co-Founder and CEO of Niobia AI, has over a decade of experience in electrochemistry, materials science, and advanced manufacturing. His background spans battery and materials technology development, maturing emerging technologies from laboratory-scale research through to high-volume industrial production.

Gaurav founded Niobia AI to apply artificial intelligence to advanced manufacturing, building AI agents that reduce downtime, identify root causes of production failures, and accelerate scale-up from lab to high-volume output. His platform delivers root-cause diagnostics and production optimization by combining electrochemical process expertise with machine learning.
